Breathe free. 1.0 TSI Turbo Inlet.

Transform your breathing - with our 1.0 TSI Turbo Inlet Elbow for VW UP GTI and other 1.0 TSI cars.

Now available for the later 'WLTP' tested cars - with the first, and only, properly engineered solution on the market for these cars.

Our secret for fitment on the later 'WLTP' 2020+ cars? We have commissioned the production of our very own version of the complex one-way venturi valve that is moulded into your original Turbo Inlet.

Only by recreating this part to the OEM standard can your WLTP car continue to run properly, with no engine warning lights.

Sometimes, you just need to do the job properly!

WHAT'S SO SPECIAL?

Our new 1.0 TSI Turbo Inlet Elbow transforms the airflow reaching your turbocharger.

It's compatible with your factory intake box, ideally combined with our Performance Filter. It also fits with other aftermarket intakes, and is the perfect compliment to our 1.0 TSI Cold Air Intake too. It's ready to support higher power outputs and even turbo upgrades in future.

-The Intake Upgrade Kit comprises a new high-flow Turbo Silicone Inlet Hose plus Turbo 90 Inlet.

-Together these upgrades allow greatly increased airflow from your intake into the turbocharger for lightning fast turbo response and a worthwhile power gain.

-So whether you're running a standard airbox or you've already fitted an intake system, you'll be wasting potential airflow gains without this Turbo Inlet Elbow!

COMPATIBILITY

Works in conjunction with the standard factory airbox, other aftermarket intakes and of course our RacingLine Intake

POWER GAINS

Replacing the standard plastic pipe and elbow's highly restrictive airflow path through to the turbo gives a worthwhile power gain through smoothing and opening up that turn into the turbo

SIMPLE FIT

Fitting is very straightforward. The kit is installed in around 15 minutes using just hand tools. And easily returned to standard, should you ever wish.

Precision Engineered for Perfect Performance.

-Reinforced high quality silicone to prevent deformation under boost pressure or heat

-Maximum diameter ultra smooth, high-gloss silicone with smooth transitions promotes airflow

-Our own one-way venturi valve for 2020+ WLTP cars

-Maximum diameter ultra-thin wall 6061-T6 aluminium, anodised gloss black

-Enlarged and smoothed internal bore for optimised airflow

Pre-2019/2020 cars: non-WLTP VWR12UPINLET

Post 2019/2020 cars : WLTP tested VWR120011

How do I know if my car is post-WLTP?

Dependant on your model and country, Volkswagen Group made changes to the 1.0 TSI engine to comply with the new emissions standards imposed by the WLTP testing regime from 2019/2020.

If you're not sure, it's easy to check. Take a look under your bonnet. You are looking for the small pipe (circled in the image). If your car has this pipe, then your car is the later post-WLTP engine.

It's even easier to tell if you have an UP! GTI. The facelifted cars, from 2020 onwards all need the WLTP-modified RacingLine Turbo Elbow.

You can see from the outside. The later 'WLTP' tested cars have the new 'smooth' VW badge (right), the earlier cars have a '3D' badge (left).

What's the post-WLTP difference?

The factory turbo inlet for the later 1.0 TSI cars incorporates a moulded-in one-way venturi valve to control airflow - which cannot be removed to reinstall into a high-flow turbo inlet like our RacingLine one.

The only way to resolve this engineering challenge has been for RacingLine to commission our own an all-new venturi valve. You'll get an instant engine light without it!

Confirmed applications.

All models fitted with the EA211 1.0 TSI engine

Make sure you select pre-WLTP, or post-WLTP when ordering:

VWR12UPINLET : pre-2019/2020

VWR120011 : post-2020, WLTP tested

> VW Golf 7 & 7.5 1.0 TSI 2013-2020

> VW UP GTI 2016+

> VW UP 1.0 TSI 2016+

> VW T-Roc 1.0 TSI 2017+

> VW Polo 5 1.0 TSI 6C 2015-2018

> VW Polo 6 1.0 TSI AW 2017+

> VW Caddy 1.0 TSI 2015+

> VW T-Cross 1.0 TSI 2017+

> VW Touran 1.0 TSI 2018+

> Audi A1 1.0 TSI 8X 2015-2018

> Audi A1 1.0 TSI GB 2019+

> Audi A3 1.0 TSI 8V 2016-2020

> Audi Q2 1.0 TSI 2016+

> SEAT Ibiza 1.0 TSI 6F 2017+

> SEAT Leon III 1.0 TSI 5F 2015-2020

> SEAT Ateca2016+

> SEAT Arona 1.0 TSI2017+

> SEAT Toledo 2017+

> Skoda Octavia III 1.0 TSI 5E 2016-2020

> Skoda Fabia III 1.0 TSI NJ 2015+

> Skoda Karoq2017+

> Skoda Rapid2017+

> Skoda Kamiq2019+

> Skoda Scala2019+
