Andere Kraftstoff-Einspritz-Unternehmen bieten nur ein paar verschiedene Arten von Injektoren und überlassen die Anpassungen dem Kunden. Bei den Deatschwerks ist jeder Injektor, der produziert wird, "plug and play. Die Injektoren sind so konstruiert, dass sie zu Ihrem OEM-Kabelbaum, der OEM-Treibstoffschiene und dem OEM-Verteiler passen.
Alle Deatschwerks Hochstrom-Einspritzdüsen werden mit hochwertigen OEM-Kernen gebaut. Das verbessert die Montage, ermöglicht eine leichtere Abstimmung und garantiert erhöhte Zuverlässigkeit. Deatschwerks geben auf alle Produkte ein 12-monatige Garantie.
Zur Ergänzung um Leistungsspektrums, der Einspeise-Einspritzdüsen, haben die Brennstoff-System-Spezialisten Deatschwerks die bisher am weitesten fließenden Kraftstoff-Kraftstoffpumpe entwickelt. Mit einer Durchflussmenge von 300 Litern pro Stunde kommt die DW300 Pumpe mit einem anwendungsspezifischen oder universellen Montagekit und einer 3-jährigen Garantie. Die Pumpe ist 100% kompatibel mit E85 Ethanol Kraftstoff.
Deatschwerks haben auch zwei neue Hochstrom-Tankpumpen-Baureihen entwickelt, die Baureihe DW200; Mit einer unmittelbaren Durchflussrate (ca. 255LPH) und Preis im Vergleich zu den DW300 und der DW65c Serie; Eine kompakte Pumpe mit einer Durchflussmenge von ca. 265LPH und eine kompaktere Bauweise.
