This is my second Steinbauer purchase having been so impressed with the previous.
This kit, easily fitted to my Focus 1.5tdci has transformed the performance of the car, fuel economy has not been affected though this would change if you seriously made use of the added performance available. Most noticeable is the throttle response and additional pulling power (torque), the difference is amazing - bear in mind this is just 1.5 diesel, but I would honestly say it now feels more like a 2.0. There is nothing to report on down sides, no smoke, no judders, no additional noise. In comparison to the general tuning boxes available in the UK this adjusts the fuel metering via each individual fuel injector whereas it seems, every kit in the UK simply increases the fuel pressure (via a fuel rail connector, and messes with the turbo - yes these Steinbauer kits are more expensive, but they are worth it
